Poland - Warsaw (2)

It was our second day in Warsaw. We woke up early (10 am is very early for us lol) and took a metro to where we missed yesterday. We had a quick walk along a street in the city.

This picture is the Adam Mickiewicz Monument, constructed in 1897-1898 by sculptor Cyprian Godebski. (Wikipedia)

A Monument to Boleslaw Prus

We took a late morning walk from the monument to Boleslaw Prus towards the city centre. There was still no sign of living creature lol. 😯

The weather in Warsaw was a bit breezy and the sky was not at its best state. However, nice neighborhoods around Warsaw didn't let us down. After we took a morning walk in the old town then we decided to take a bus to Łazienki Park. It's just 2-3 stops from the city centre. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy. It looked like it was going to rain soon so we rushed in and out the park. I took just a few photos from the park.

Łazienki Park.

I believe it's a tiny bird's house lol.

We walked along the way and we met this place. It's a palace in middle of the park there is a admission fee for palace entrance. However, I did not go into the palace but I walked around the scene instead. That sculpture besides the palace it's naked! I thought he is David by Michelangelo lol. But he is not the David.
